KINGSTON, R.I. -Â Rhode Island's Reece Markman scored in the 64th minute to lift the Rams to a 1-0 Atlantic 10 Conference men's soccer victory against the Saint Louis Billikens Friday night at the URI Soccer Complex. It was the A-10 opener for both teams.
The Billikens fall to 2-6-1 overall, 0-1 in league play with the loss. They remain on the road to take on UMass Sunday in Amherst, Mass. Rhode Island improves to 4-6 overall and 1-0 in the league with the victory.
