Mobile Ticketing FAQ:
  •  What is Apple Wallet/Google Pay?
    • Apple Wallet, for iPhone users, and Google Pay, for Android users, are apps located on your device. They are a secure and convenient way to download your tickets to your phone. Please view our mobile ticket guide for more assistance on how to download your tickets. 
  • If I log into MyBilliken Account Manager and cannot see my tickets, what should I do?
    • Make sure you are using the email associated with the seat locations. If you are still having trouble, please contact the Billiken Ticket Office. 
  • If I have transferred the tickets to another individual or if I have received transferred tickets, how long are they valid for?
    • Transfers are valid until an hour after the start of the game. 
  • I transferred tickets to the wrong email address, how do I cancel the transfer?
    • If you transferred the tickets and they have not been accepted by the receiving individual, you are able to cancel the transfer. In your MyBilliken Account Manager, select the desired event. There will be an option next to the transferred tickets to cancel transfer. 
  • If I transferred tickets to someone but they are no longer able to attend the game, how do I get the tickets back?
    • If the individual accepted the transferred tickets and they are now on their account, the individual will need to transfer the tickets back to the desired person. They will be able to do this via their MyBilliken Account Manager. For more assistance, please review the mobile ticket guide or contact the Billiken Ticket Office. 
  • If I share tickets with my friends, do I have to transfer each ticket to them one at a time?
    • To transfer tickets for multiple games to someone, tap the transfer button in the upper left corner. This will allow you to select multiple games. Please see mobile ticket guide for more information. 
  • Will there be mobile ticketing assistance on gameday?
    • For any gameday assistance, please come to the box office windows located at Gate B. 

General Ticketing FAQ
  • When do the gates to Chaifetz Arena open prior to a sporting event?
    • Gates open either hour and a half or one hour before tip off for men’s games and they open one hour before tip-off for women’s games.
  • What does it mean when my Women’s basketball tickets read “general admission”?
    • All tickets to Women’s Basketball are general admission unless marked otherwise, which means you are welcome to choose your seats as long as they are not in a specific ticketed area.
  • Can I leave and re-enter once in the Arena?
    • Re-entry to Chaifetz Arena is strictly prohibited. Fans are not allowed to leave Chaifetz Arena at any time and return, including during halftime.
  • What if I need handicap accessible seating for a game at Chaifetz Arena?
    • Contact the billiken ticket office regarding handicap accessible seating ahead of time, or come to the Ticket Office window on game day and we will do our best to accommodate you. 
  • If my child is going to sit on my lap, do they need a ticket?
    • Any child 2 years and under gets in free, so they do not need a ticket. 
  • I need handicap dropoff/parking for Chaifetz - where do I go?
    • Handicap dropoff is on Compton, parking for basketball events is located in Olive Compton garage, on a first come first served basis. Vehicles must have their handicap permit/sticker displayed. Golf carts are available to transport from the west side of the olive compton garage to Gate A of Chaifetz Arena starting 1.5 horus and 1 hour for womens and run after game
  •  Do I need to purchase a ticket for Baseball and/or Softball games?
    • Admission is free, no tickets are required. The only ticketed sporting events are men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s soccer, and volleyball.
  • I am attending a sporting event on SLU’s campus,  where should I park?

  • I am having trouble accessing my mobile tickets, what do I do?

Game Day Tips

Before arriving at the venue to access the event, here are some tips to help expedite your game day entry:
  • Access your tickets through your MyBilliken Account Manager prior to arrival.
  • Add your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
  • Make sure your phone is fully charged.
  • Have your ticket available for access to be scanned before entering the venue. It is recommended that you transfer each guest their own individual ticket if the party is arriving separately.
  • Review Chaifetz Arena’s Clear Bag and Cashless Venue Policies.
