NOTRE DAME, Ind. – No. 22 Saint Louis closed out its exhibition season Monday with a 1-0 loss at fourth-ranked Notre Dame.
The Billikens now set their sights to the regular-season opener on Friday at Tulsa. First whistle against the Golden Hurricane is scheduled for 8 p.m. (CT).
Notre Dame's Oliver Harris scored in the 50th minute for the game's lone tally.
As has been the case this exhibition season, the Billikens played multiple players as 22 Billikens saw playing time. Only goalkeeper Sascha Otte and defender Tyler David played the full 90 minutes.
