ST. LOUIS – Saint Louis defeated Eastern Illinois 3-0 in a men's soccer exhibition game on Monday at Robert R. Hermann Stadium.

The Billikens move to 1-0-1 so far in their three-game exhibition season. SLU hosts Missouri State in their final exhibition tilt on Saturday in a 6 p.m. first kick. 

The Billikens scored twice in the first half and once in the second for the shutout victory.

Saturday's game is the annual SLU Student Welcome match, where all SLU freshmen will take in the game as part of Welcome Week activities.
