The annual Get HER in the Game Fundraiser is going virtual this year and is set for Thursday, Oct. 8, from 5-6 p.m.
"The Get HER in the Game fundraiser is a great celebration in support of women student-athletes at Saint Louis University," SLU Director of Athletics
Chris May said. "I'm extremely encouraged and appreciative of the host committee for their hard work and commitment to women student-athletes. We are thrilled to announce a generous gift from an anonymous donor that will match the first $25,000 raised. It will be an unbelievable event and I am looking forward to bringing our community together virtually on Oct. 8."
Guests are asked to register by clicking

The fundraiser, which has been held annually since 2006, supports scholarship and athletic opportunities for female student-athletes at SLU. Last year's event raised more than $80,000 for the important initiative.
Four current student-athletes have benefited directly from the Get HER in the Game initiative, including this year's recipient, Kaiya Luneckas of the softball team. Luneckas is a freshman from West Branch, Iowa.
