KINGSTON, R.I. – Rhode Island scored with 10 seconds remaining to upend Saint Louis 3-2 Wednesday night in Atlantic 10 Conference men's soccer action at the URI Soccer Complex in Kingston, R.I.

The Billikens dip to 5-4-1 overall and 2-1-1 in league play. Rhode Island improves to 5-1-4 and 1-1-1 in league play. The game was played through a driving rain in Kingston.

The game was decided in the final 23 seconds. Trailing 2-1, the Billikens were the beneficiary of an own goal at the 89:37 mark to tie the game at 2-2. However, Rhode Island quickly answered as Patrick Gryczewski knocked one in off the goalpost at 89:50 – just 13 seconds after the Billikens tied it up – to give Rhody the thrilling 3-2 win.

CJ Coppola pulled the Billikens to within a goal of the lead at 2-1 in the 59th minute off an assist from
Lane Warrington. It was Coppola's second goal in as many games and his third of the season.

Rhode Island went on top 2-0 with a pair of goals in the first 20 minutes of play. Isak Oystese scored at the 9:26 mark, while Patrick Agyemang tallied at the 20:00 mark.

Alberto Suarez was awarded a PK late in the first half, but his chance was saved by URI keeper Max Hinke, one of his eight saves on the night.
