The Saint Louis University Athletics Department is searching for students who are interested in working as the Billiken mascot.

Tryouts will take place on Saturday, April 30th, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., in Chaifetz Arena athletic offices.

An interview will kickoff the tryout where prospective candidates will discuss their history of Billiken fandom, work qualities and fit inside SLU Athletics.

Requirements for a Billiken...

• Physical durability (perform for long periods of time)
• Time (nights, weekends, etc.)
• Creativity
• Interactive

  • With cheerleaders
