Busy Weekend Nets Several School Records

ST. LOUIS – Saint Louis indoor track and field was spread across two meets this weekend, with school records being set in both.
 
The majority of the Billikens competed in the Indiana Relays at Indiana University in Bloomington, Ind. There, Toby Gillen topped his own school record in the 3,000 meters, finishing in 8:01.78 to place fifth overall.
 
Several Billikens competed in the Illini Challenge at the University of Illinois. Madi Person brought home the school record in the pentathlon with a score of 3,293. On the men's side, James Baker set a new school record in the heptathlon, scoring 4,496 points.
 
The Bills are back in action next weekend, Feb. 3-4, at the Iowa State Classic in Ames, Iowa.
