•The top two teams in the Atlantic 10 Conference regular season square off in the A-10 Championship final Sunday, Nov. 5, as top-seeded and No. 21 Saint Louis, aiming for a sixth consecutive tournament title, meets No. 2 seed La Salle, the last team to win the A-10 Championship (2017) before SLU began its current run.

•SLU brings a nine-game winning streak – the nation's second-longest current streak behind Memphis (14) – a school-record nine-game shutout streak and a 15-game unbeaten streak (13-0-2) into Sunday's game. The Billikens defeated VCU 2-0 and Duquesne 5-0 to reach the final.
•La Salle is 10-0-1 after falling 4-0 to SLU Sept. 17. The Explorers defeated Rhode Island 2-0 and Dayton 1-0 (OT) to reach the final.
•SLU leads the series 7-2-3, including a current five-game win streak. The Billikens are 5-2-2 vs. La Salle at Hermann Stadium.
•The Bills scored all four of their goals in the second half of the regular-season meeting.
Lyndsey Heckel converted a penalty kick in the 49th minute, and later – in a span of 5:33 between the 69th and 75th minutes –

•In the teams' only previous A-10 Championship meeting, Saint Louis edged La Salle 1-0 in the 2019 semifinals.
•Saint Louis owns a 22-5-1 record in A-10 Championship play, including 14-0 in its run of five straight titles from 2018 to 2022. The Billikens are 7-0 in A-10 Championship finals.
•SLU has faced a different opponent in each of its eight appearances in the final. La Salle joins Rhode Island, Fordham, VCU, George Washington, Davidson, Massachusetts and Dayton.
•Through games of Friday, Nov. 3, Saint Louis was No. 15 in the NCAA Division I RPI. The Billikens rose one place to No. 21 in this week's United Soccer Coaches Top 25 and held their positions in the Top Drawer Soccer (No. 11) and College Soccer News (No. 15) polls.
