CHARLESTON, Ill. – Angelina White is the new school-record holder in the women's weight throw as she threw a career-best 16.39 meters at the EIU Friday Night Special.

The Billikens wrapped up their regular season and now set their sights on next weekend's A-10 Indoor Track & Field Championship. That meet will be held Feb. 25-26 at Mackal Fieldhouse on the campus of the University of Rhode Island.

On Friday, White's mark in the weight throw was good first overall and bettered the previous school record of 15.51, set by Hannah Kuenzel in 2014.
