The 2023 Atlantic 10 Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships will be held this weekend, Feb. 25-26, at Mackal Fieldhouse on the campus of the University of Rhode Island in Kingston, R.I.
 
Saturday's action gets underway at 8:20 a.m. (CT) with the multi-events. The single events begin at 1 p.m. (CT). Sunday's championship day events start at 8 a.m. (CT).

Toby Gillen is the reigning A-10 Champion in the men's 5,000 meters and he captured the silver in last year's 3,000 meters en route to being named the top men's performer of the A-10 Indoor Championships. Also earned a medal during the meet was Harrison Martinenko, who earned the bronze in the mile.
 
Emily Nichols just missed a podium performance in the 400 meters a season ago as she finished fourth overall.
