PEORIA, Ill. – Saint Louis' men's and women's cross country squads competed in the Bradley Pink Classic in Peoria, Illinois, on Friday. It was the last tuneup for the Bills before the A-10 Championships Nov. 2.

On the women's side, Emily Morden led the Billikens in the red race, finishing the 6K in 21:11.99 to place 38th overall. Emery Mayfield crossed next for the Bills in 57th with a time of 21:29.09. Sophia Pelligreen (22:25.79), Jordan Kantola (22:26.89) and Clara Gillen (21:31.37) rounded out the scoring for the Billikens.

In the men's 8K red race, Lukasz Iwanowski placed 69th, leading the Bills with a time of 24:51.23. George Blanco finished next with a time of 25:02.71. Brock Waugh (25:09.87), Manny Vela (25:24.33) and Cooper Bell (25:35.71) also finished among SLU's top five.

The 2024 Atlantic 10 Conference Championships are set for Nov. 2 in Mechanicsville, Virginia.
