STILLWATER, Okla. – Saint Louis men's tennis opened its 2024 dual-meet season with a 7-0 loss at Oklahoma State Saturday afternoon.
 
At No. 3 doubles, Declan Townsend and Adam Behun were neck-and-neck with Leighton Allen and Francisco Pini, trailing 5-4 when the match was halted after the Cowboys clinched the doubles point.
 
Luca Lo Nardo nearly forced a third set at No. 3 singles before falling 6-2, 7-5 to Alessio Basile. At No. 6, Valentin Vasquez forced a first-set tiebreaker in a 7-6 (7-3), 6-2 loss to Ty Wunderlich.
