LONG BEACH, Calif. – Saint Louis University freshman defender Blakely Hockett is included on Top Drawer Soccer's Midseason Top 100 Freshmen List. Hockett landed at No. 52.
 
Hockett earned a starting spot at center back earlier this season and has been in SLU's first 11 in each of the past nine games. In addition to helping the Billikens post an 8-0-1 record and register five shutouts during that stretch, she scored two goals including the game-winner vs. La Salle.
 
Hockett, whose 894 minutes played are tops among Saint Louis freshmen, was selected Atlantic 10 Conference Rookie of the Week for Sept. 29-Oct. 5.
 
The Billikens (11-2-1, 6-0) host an A-10 showdown with Dayton (9-3-2, 6-0) Thursday, Oct. 16. Kickoff at Hermann Stadium is slated for 7 p.m.
