The first Atlantic 10 Conference Championship of the 2025-26 takes place Saturday, Nov. 1, with the running of the men's and women's A-10 Cross Country Championships.
The meet will be held at the Elvin R. King Cross Country Course in Cedarville, Ohio. Action gets underway at 9 a.m. (CT) with the men's 8K, followed by the women's 6K at 9:50 a.m. (CT). The meet will be streamed live on ESPN+. You can follow live results by clicking here.
"We are all excited about these championships," SLU head coach Jon Bell said. "Training the last two weeks has gone well, and the last few times on this course we have produced some good results. The A-10 Championships are always competitive, so we understand it's going to be tough from start to finish."
Among the contenders for the Billikens is sophomore Manny Vela, who has led SLU in all previous competitions this season. Last year as a freshman, Vela placed first among the team at the A-10 Championships.
On the women's side, Starr Scott, Emily Morden and Clara Gillen have all led the Bills this year. Emery Mayfield, who has run in the top three this season for Saint Louis, was the Bills' top finisher in last year's championship as a freshman.
Below is the history of the Billikens' cross country teams' performances in the A-10 Championships.
