WASHINGTON – Saint Louis University freshman Anya Brueggeman is the Atlantic 10 Conference women's swimming and diving Rookie of the Week for Sept. 22-28, the league office announced Tuesday.
 
Brueggeman helped lead the Billikens to a 143.5-137.5 victory over Washington University Sept. 27. She anchored SLU's winning 200 medley relay team (1:46.65); finished second in the 200 free (1:56.99); placed third in the 50 free (24.85); and swam a conference-best 53.25 leading off the 400 free relay.
