Saint Louis women's tennis split a pair of road matches Feb. 14-15, defeating Western Illinois 4-2 before falling to Northern Illinois 4-2.
 
Emmerson White and Fiorella Duran won singles and doubles matches in the victory over Western Illinois. White defeated Richardlyne Francois 6-1, 6-2 at No. 1 singles, while Duran topped Mana Fawcett 6-0, 6-2 at No. 2.
 
The Billikens captured the doubles point as White and Madison Hill eased past Fawcett and Jessica Hess 6-2 at No. 1, and Duran teamed with Nicolly Ferreira to edge Francois and Madeleine Whip 7-6 at No. 3.
 
Aryn Walker was a 6-4, 6-4 winner over Denver Johnson at No. 6 singles.
 
White and Duran collected singles wins in the Northern Illinois match as well. White ousted Irmak Budak 6-2, 6-3 at No. 1, and Duran got past Theodora Kousiou 6-2, 7-5 at No. 2.
 
The Billikens face Chicago State Saturday, Feb. 21.
