ST. LOUIS – Saint Louis women's tennis enjoyed a successful Senior Day Sunday afternoon as the Billikens breezed past Maryville 6-1 at Dwight Davis Tennis Center.
 
SLU took a 1-0 lead by winning two of the three doubles matches. Fiorella Duran and Nicolly Ferreira defeated Gemma Ricci and Maria Mateos 6-4 at No. 2, while Elizabeth Choate and Aryn Walker downed Grace Brown and Luana Luersen 6-4 at No. 3.
 
The Billikens won five of six singles contests. Emmerson White ousted Nazli Saka 6-2, 6-4 at No. 1; Duran topped Isabella Alvarez 6-2, 6-2 at No. 2; Madison Hill cruised past Mira Vasileva 6-2, 6-0 at No. 3; Naima Luthra was a 6-1, 6-1 winner over Ricci at No. 4; and Choate posted a 6-3, 6-3 victory over Brown at No. 6.
