ORLANDO, Fla. – Saint Louis women's tennis saw its season end Thursday night as No. 2 seed VCU defeated the No. 7 Billikens 4-0 in an Atlantic 10 Championship quarterfinal match at the USTA National Campus.
 
SLU competed strongly in doubles, falling 6-4 at both No. 2 (Aryn Walker and Naima Luthra) and No. 3 (Nicolly Ferreira and Fiorella Duran) and playing even (4-4) at No. 1 (Emmerson White and Madison Hill) when the match was abandoned.
 
At No. 3 singles, Hill won the first set in a tiebreaker before the match was halted.
