RICHMOND, Va. – Saint Louis University tied for 12th place among NCAA Division I men's swimming and diving programs and placed second in the Atlantic 10 Conference with a 3.62 grade point average for the spring 2026 semester, earning Scholar All-America honors presented by Fitter & Faster Swim Camps from the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA).
SLU finished among the top 25 men's teams for a sixth consecutive semester.
The Saint Louis women collected spring 2026 Scholar All-America accolades as well, posting a 3.71 GPA that tied for 35th nationally and placed third in the Atlantic 10.
"I am proud of our team's commitment to academics, and it is a great honor for our outstanding men and women to be recognized once again by the CSCAA as Scholar All-America teams," head coach
Ryan McCoy said. "Fielding a team that not only cares about performing well in the water but also sees the value and importance of overperforming in the classroom speaks to the character of our student-athletes.
"Fulfilling the Billiken Athletics' objectives of Educate and Compete, in that order, demonstrates that the role and priorities of our student-athletes are not misplaced," McCoy said. "Watching this group succeed in the classroom in this manner is a huge exclamation mark on the successful academic and competitive year that we had, and I look forward to continuing this momentum in September."
Founded in 1922, the CSCAA is the nation's first organization of college coaches. Its mission is to advance the sport of swimming and diving with coaches at the epicenter of leadership, advocacy and professional development.
