Men's Basketball Season Ticket Holder FAQ

Season Tickets
  • How do I renew my current season tickets?
    • Login to Billikens Account Manager HERE to access your invoice. Payment can be made online, over the phone at 314-977-1260, or via check to Billiken Ticket Office, 3330 Laclede Ave., St. Louis, MO 63103.
  • How do I upgrade or add to my current seats?
    • While renewing online, you’ll be able to request a seat relocation and list any preferences you have for new seats. Your current seats will be renewed, and then we’ll reach out with best-available options for you after the renewal deadline once we cancel seats from any season ticket holders that decide not to renew, sometime in late July or early August.
  • What is the cost of my season ticket?
    • The price of season tickets varies by section. Some seat locations have both a season ticket cost as well as a seating donation cost associated with the seats. Both the ticket and donation would be required to obtain seats in those locations.
  • How do I become a season ticket holder?
    • Submit a non-refundable season ticket deposit HERE. After the renewal period, the Billiken Ticket Office will reach out regarding seat locations. Should you choose not to move forward with season tickets, your deposit is eligible to be applied towards single game tickets or a mini-plan.
Single Game Tickets
  • How can I get tickets for the Missouri neutral site game at Enterprise Center?
    • On Friday, Nov. 6, at the Enterprise Center the Billikens will play the Missouri Tigers. While tickets for this game will not be included in the season-ticket package, season-ticket holders who renew will receive communication in the coming weeks on how they can get access to purchase tickets for this highly anticipated matchup.
  • When do single game tickets go on sale?
    • Once the non-conference schedule is finalized, communication regarding non-conference single game tickets will be released. Conference game single game tickets will be available after the conference schedule is released in September.

  • What annual giving level do I need to be at to obtain parking?

  • Can I pay for my season ticket donation with a donor advised fund (DAF)?
