• Prepped at Wheaton North High School.
• Four-time state qualifier in cross country and was a two-time All-State selection.
• Helped Falcons qualify for state cross country meet all four years.
• Two-time state qualifier on the track and was a three-time All-Conference honoree.
• Top times include 14:30 in 3-mile XC, 9:21 in the 3,200 meters, 4:16 in the 1,600 meters and 1:57 in the 800 meters.
• Also played two years of basketball at Wheaton North.
• National Honor Society and Academic All-Conference.
