Cross Country
• Ran in five meets for the Billikens.
• Was the fifth Billiken finisher and placed 23rd overall at the Mizzou Opener.
• Competed in the A-10 Championships.

Indoor Track and Field
• Competed in five meets in the distance events.
• PR'd in the 3,000 meters (8:47.27) at the Missouri Invitational.
• Also ran the 5,000 meters and the mile.

Outdoor Track and Field
• Competed mainly in the 3,000-meter steeplechase.
• Won the steeplechase at the Margaret Simmons Invitational.
• Had a PR in the 3,000-meter steeplechase of 9:39.47 at the Kansas Relays, good for sixth overall.

• Ran track and field during the 2022-23 season and cross country in 2023.
