Indoor Track and Field – Competed mainly in the mile for the Billikens … posted a top time of 4:21.75 at IU’s Gladstein Invitational … PR’d in the 800 meters at the Illini Classic … also ran on the DMR twice, including at the A-10 Championship where the Billikens finished seventh.
Outdoor Track and Field – Ran the 5,000 and 1,500 meters primarily … turned in a 5,000-meter PR at the SLU Track Kickoff, finishing in a time of 15:49.59 … placed third in the 1,500 meters at the Joey Haines Invite at SEMO, crossing the finish in 4:01.79.
2012-13 • Sophomore
Cross Country - Competed in the final four meets of the season for the Billikens ... finished fourth among the Billikens at the NCAA Midwest Regional, posting a 10K PR of 33:59.43 ... was the fourth SLU finisher at the Bradley Classic with an 8K time of 26:09.
Indoor Track and Field - Ran distance and distance relays for the Bills ... registered PRs in the mile (4:16.73 at the Gladstein Inv.) and 3,000 meters (8:56.60 at the SIU Fast Start Meet) ... at the A-10 Championship, ran on the Billikens' distance medley relay that finished sixth and the 4x800-meter relay, which finished seventh.
Outdoor Track and Field - Completed primarily in the 1,500 meters ... posted a PR of 3:56.42 at the SLU Invitational ... turned in a third-place finish in the 1,500 meters at the Vanderbilt Invitational with a time of 3:57.17.

Cross Country - Ran among the top five for the Billikens ... was the Bills' second finisher at the Greater Louisville Classic, finishing the 8K in 25:58.56 ... SLU's third finisher in the NIU Open and National Catholic Invitational ... finished 92nd overall and sixth among his teammates at the A-10 Championship (27:07.7).
