• Ran in four meets for the Billikens, including the A-10 Championships and NCAA Regionals.
• Placed 33rd overall at the A-10 Championships, crossing the five-mile line in 25:40.7.
Indoor Track and Field
• At the A-10 Championships, turned in a PR in the 1,000 meters (2:31.81) and placed 12th in the mile (4:22.72).
• Had a top mile time of 4:20.39 at the Meyo Invitational.
• Ran a seasonal-best time of 8:43.32 in the 3,000 meters at the Thundering Herd Invitational.
Outdoor Track and Field
• Placed 12th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the A-10 Championships with a time of 9:38.46.
• Finished second in 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Joe Walker Classic.
• Had a top 1,500-meter time of 4:03.62 at the Ole Miss Classic.
2017-18 • Junior
Cross Country
• Ran in six meets for the Billikens and recorded PRs in several different distances.
• Finished eighth overall in the season-opening Forest Park XC Festival.
• Had his top 8K time of his career at the adidas Pre Nationals, crossing in a time of 25:11.8.
• Competed in the A-10 Championships and NCAA Midwest Regional, posting a PR in the 10K at the NCAAs with a time of 31:09.5.
Indoor Track and Field
• Competed in the 3,000 meters for the Bills.
• Posted a top time of 8:34.33 in the 3,000, which was good for fifth overall at the Thundering Herd Invitational.
• Ran the 3,000 meters at the A-10 Championships.
Outdoor Track and Field
• Billikens’ top competitor in the 3,000-meter steeplechase.
• Was just off the school record in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Ole Miss Classic, where he finished first in a time of 9:24.62.
• Ran the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the A-10 Championships and finished 14th overall.
2016-17 • Sophomore
Cross Country
• Ran in four meets for the Billikens.
• Finished third in the season-opening Forest Park XC Festival.
• Competed in the NCAA Midwest Regional.
Indoor Track and Field
• Ran the 800 and mile for the Billikens.
• Had a PR in the mile of 4:19.20 at Indiana’s Gladstein Invitational.
• Ran a leg on the Billikens’ Distance Medley Relay that placed sixth at the A-10 Championships.
Outdoor Track and Field
• Billikens’ top competitor in the 3,000-meter steeplechase.
• Had a season-best time of 9:36.15 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the A-10 Championships.
• Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the SLU Invitational with a time of 9:50.80.
• Ran a leg on the Billikens’ 4x800-meter relay at the Drake Relays.
2015-16 • Freshman
Cross Country
• Ran in the Notre Dame Invitational and the A-10 Championship.
• Turned in a 5K time of 27:43.6 at the A-10 Championship.
Indoor Track and Field
Ran the mile, 800 meters and competed on the Billikens’ DMR.
• Ran the first leg on the Billikens’ DMR that posted a school-record time of 10:03.27 at the Meyo Invitational.
• Had a top mile time of 4:22.45 at the Jack Johnson Classic, which was good for fourth place.
• Ran the 800 meters at the Illini Classic and finished in 1:58.46.
Outdoor Track and Field
• Ran the third leg on the Billikens’ record-setting 4x1600-meter relay that posted a time of 16:59.71 at the prestigious Drake Relays.
• Also ran the 800 meters and 1,500 meters.
• Had a top 800-meter time of 1:57.98 at the SLU Invitational.
• Top 1,500-meter time of 3:57.13 came at the Pacesetter Invitational.
