• Posted a season-best mile of 4:23.84 at the Meyo Invitational.
Outdoor Track and Field
• Billikens' top competitor in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, improving his time in the event each of his four runs during the year.
• Clocked a PR of 9:37.75 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Kip Janvrin Open.
2023-24 • Freshman
Cross Country
• Competed in all six meets for the Billikens, including the A-10 Championships and NCAA MIdwest Regional.
• Had a top 8K time of 25:56.9 at the A-10 Championships, finishing 87th overall.
• Placed eighth at the Billiken Invitational.
Indoor Track and Field
• Ran a leg on the Billikens' 4x800-meter relay team that scored at the A-10 Championships with an eighth-place finish.
• Turned in PRs in the mile and 3,000 meters.
• Top 3,000-meter time of 8:58.83 came at the Illini Challenge.
• Recorded a top mile time of 4:22.85 at the Meyo Invitational.
Outdoor Track and Field
• Posted a 1,500-meter PR of 4:08.42 at the Billiken Invitational.
• Ran the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the A-10 Championships, finishing 17th in a PR of 9:43.54.
Previous
• Graduate of Catholic Memorial High School.
• Three-time cross country state qualifier.
• Was an individual sectional cross country champion and two-time All-Conference.
• Six-time state qualifier on the track.
• Helped the Crusaders qualify for the state cross country meet.
• Was captain of cross country team for three seasons.
• Top times include 2:00 in the 800m, 4:25 in the 1,600m, 9:46 in the 3,200m and 16:23 in 5,000m cross country.
• His brother, John, also runs for the Billikens.
• Mother, Sheila, was a runner at Marquette and his brother, Joe, plays baseball at Milwaukee School of Engineering.
• His great grandfather, Ambrose Rascher, was an All-American wrestler at Indiana.
