Cross Country – Collected All-Conference accolades for the second straight season … also named to the A-10 All-Academic team … finished ninth overall and second amongst his teammates at the A-10 Championship with a time of 24:15.4 (8K) … that time is the second-fastest 8K in school history … finished fourth overall (second on the Billikens) at the Bradley Classic with an 8K-time of 24:32 … led Saint Louis at the Greater Louisville Classic 8K with a time of 25:10.83.
Indoor Track and Field – A-10 All-Academic team selection … ran the 3,000 meters and 5,000 meters for the Billikens … had a top 3,000-meter time of 8:28.71 at the Husker Invitational, good for second overall … top time in the 5,000 meters came at the A-10 Championship, a mark of 14:51.82 which was good for fifth place.
Outdoor Track and Field – A-10 All-Academic team selection … ran the 1,500 meters and 5,000 meters … established a PR in the 1,500 meters at the Mt. SAC Relays where he finished with a time of 3:52.88 … had a season-best 5,000-meter time of 14:34.20 at the San Francisco Distance Carnival … was fourth in the 5,000 meters at the A-10 Championship with a time of 14:53.51.
2012-13 • Sophomore
Cross Country - All-Conference selection after finishing 15th overall (second on Billikens) at the A-10 meet with an 8K time of 26:09.1 ... finished first among the Billikens in NCAA Midwest Regional, finishing the 10K in 31:31.05, good for 48th overall ... was 11th overall at the Greater Louisville Classic with a time of 25:13.43 ... had an 8K personal-best of 25:01 at the Bradley Classic ... A-10 All-Academic team.
Indoor Track and Field - Led the Billikens in the 3,000 meters ... registered a PR at the Meyo Invitational at Notre Dame, crossing the finish in 8:26.94 ... finished second in the 3,000 meters at the Illini Open ... also ran the 5,000 meters, finishing fifth overall at the A-10 Championships with a time of 14:45.04 ... placed 11th in the 3,000 at the A-10s.
