2022-23 • Junior
Cross Country
• Competed in five meets, including the A-10 Championship and NCAA Midwest Regional.
• Placed fourth overall at the Billiken Invitational.
• Had a PR in the 5M of 25:44 at the A-10 Championship.
• Finished the NCAA Regional 10K in 31:53.7, also a PR.
Indoor Track and Field
• Ran the mile, 3,000 meters and 5,000 meters.
• Had a PR in the 3,000 meters of 8:22.74 at the Indiana Relays.
• Registered a mile PR (4:15.72) and finished in first at the EIU Friday Night Special.
Outdoor Track and Field
• Competed in a myriad of distance events for the Bills.
• Had the team's top time of the season in the 10,000 meters, finishing in 31:37.86 at the A-10 Championships.
• Ran the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Cougar Classic, finishing sixth in the time of 10:29.33.
2021-22 • Sophomore
Cross Country
• Ran in all five meets, including the A-10 Championships and NCAA Midwest Regional.
• Helped the Billikens to a runner-up finish at the A-10 Championships, just missing All-Conference honors by placing 17th overall.
• Won the season-opening Ohio Intercollegiate Open.
• Turned in an 8K PR of 24:58.8 at the Bradley Pink Classic.
Indoor Track and Field
• Competed mainly in the 3,000 meters and 5,000 meters, registering PRs in both.
• Had a top 3,000-meter time of 8:38.07 at the A-10 Championships.
• Finished the 5,000 meters in 14:47.06 at the Meyo Invitational, a PR.
• Also ran the mile, posting a time of 4:25.29 at the EIU Friday Night Special.
• Finished first in the 3,000 meters at the IWU Titan First Chance meet and second in the 5,000 meters at the Nebraska Graduate Classic.
Outdoor Track and Field
• Ran the 1,500 meters, 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters.
• Won the 5,000 meters at the Billiken Invitational, giving him first-place finishes in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track during the 2021-22 season.
• Ran the 10,000 meters on the track for the first time at the Wash. U. Distance Carnival in a PR of 31:10.14.
• Set a personal best in the 1,500 meters of 3:58.15 at the Kentucky Invitational.
• Ran both the 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters at the A-10 Championships.
2020-21 • Freshman
Cross Country
• Ran in all three meets, including the A-10 Championships.
• Was the third Billiken finisher and 18th overall at the Golden Eagle Invitational.
Indoor Track and Field
• Season not held due to COVID-19.
Outdoor Track and Field
• Ran the 1,500 meters and 5,000 meters.
• Improved his time in the 1,500 meters, culminating with a PR of 4:01.14 at the Sycamore Open, good for fourth overall.
• Won the 5,000 meters at the Billiken Invitational.
• Had a top 5,000-meter time of 15:05.54 at the Mizzou Spring Opener.
