Cross Country
• Competed in three meets for the Billikens.
• Posted an 8K PR at the Bradley Pink Classic, crossing in 27:32.8.
Indoor Track and Field
• Broke the school record in the 800 meters at the Meyo Invitational with a time of 1:52.61.
• Won the bronze medal at the A-10 Championships in the 800 meters (1:54.51).
• Won the 800 meters and ran a leg on SLU's winning 4x400-meter relay team at the Saluki Fast Start.
• Placed second in the 600 meters at both the Missouri Collegiate Challenge and the Illini Open.
• A-10 All-Academic team.
Outdoor Track and Field
• Ran the 800 meters and relay events.
• Had a top 800-meter time of 1:54.60 at the A-10 Championships.
• Ran on the Billikens' 4x800-meter relay team that placed sixth at the A-10s.

• Competed in four meets for the Billikens.
• Placed 13th at the Bradley Pink Classic with a 4.97 mile time of 26:49.3.
• Was in the top 20 at the Forest Park XC Festival, crossing in 26:28.3 (7.5K).
Indoor Track and Field
• Broke the school record in the mile at the Meyo Invitational at Notre Dame, running a 4:15.21.
• Finished first in the mile at the Titan First Chance meet, crossing in 4:17.46.
• Anchored the Billikens’ 4x800-meter relay that placed third and set a new school record at the A-10 Championships.
Outdoor Track and Field
• Was the Billikens' top performer in the 800 and 1,500 meters.
• Placed seventh in both the 800 meters and 1,500 meters at the A-10 Championships.
• Turned in a PR of 1:51.89 in the 800 meters at the Joe Walker Invite, good for fifth overall.
• Won the 800 meters at the SLU Invitational.
2016-17 • Sophomore
Cross Country
• Ran in the Bradley Pink Classic, posting a time 4.97-mile time of 26:26.3.
Indoor Track and Field
• Billikens’ top competitor in the 800 meters.
• Posted an indoor PR of 1:53.86 in the 800 meters at the Thundering Herd Invitational.
• Made the finals of the 800 meters at the A-10 Championships and finished sixth overall.
• Ran on the Billikens’ 4x800-meter relay that placed sixth at the A-10s.
Outdoor Track and Field
• Registered the Billikens’ top times of the season in the 800 meters and 1,500 meters.
• Finished first in the 1,500 meters at the Tom Botts Invitational, running a PR of 3:48.86 for a new school record.
• Finished third in the 800 meters at the A-10 Championships with a PR of 1:52.16.
• Also ran the 1,500 meters at the A-10s, placing sixth overall.
• Won the 800 meters at the SLU Invitational.

2015-16 • Freshman
Cross Country
• Ran in four meets for the Billikens.
• Placed 99th at the A-10 Championships with a 5K time of 26:58.1.
• Finished in 68th place at the Notre Dame Invitational with a time of 26:56.5.
Indoor Track and Field
• Ran the 800 meters, the mile and competed on various relays for the Billikens.
• Ran the first leg on SLU’s record-setting 4x800-meter relay team, which posted a third-place time of 7:40.82 at the A-10 Championships.
• His top 800-meter time came at the DeNoon Invitational, finishing second in a time of 1:55.45.
• Recorded a top mile time of 4:23.63 at the Illini Classic.
• Member of the 4x800-meter relay team that placed second at Indiana’s Gladstein Invitational.
Outdoor Track and Field
• Ran relays as well as the 800 meters and 1,500 meters for the Billikens.
• Member of the 4x800-meter relay and Distance Medley Relay, which set school records.
• Ran the first leg on the 4x8 that posted a school-record time of 7:30.22 at the Drake Relays.
• Was also on the first leg of the record-setting DMR (9:55.16) at the Drake Relays.
• Member of the 4x8 team that placed fourth at the A-10 Championships.
• Posted individual top times in the 800 meters (1:53.03) and 1,500 meters (3:51.33) at the Tom Botts Invitational.
