2024-25 • Sophomore
Cross Country
• Ran in five meets for the Billikens, including the Atlantic 10 Conference Championships.
• Top 8K time of 26:16.5 came at the Gans Creek Classic at Mizzou.
Indoor Track and Field
• Competed in five meets, running the 3,000 meters three times and the mile twice.
• Posted a PR in the 3,000 meters of 9:06.14 at the Saluki Fast Starts, good for third overall.
• Turned in a mile PR at the Missouri Invitational, crossing the line in 4:30.51.
Outdoor Track and Field
• Ran in five meets and registered PRs in the 1,500 meters, 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters.
• Had a top time in the 1,500 meters of 4:09.84 at the Margaret Simmons Invite.
• Competed in the WashU Distance Carnival 10,000 meters and finished with a PR.
• Ran the 5,000 meters at the Kip Janvrin Open, finishing with a personal best.
2023-24 • Freshman
Cross Country
• Competed in four meets.
• Had a top 8K time of 26:47.9 at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational.
• Placed 10th at the Billiken Invitational.
Indoor Track and Field
• Competed in distance events for the Billikens.
• Placed fourth in the mile at the SIU Don DeNoon Invitational.
Outdoor Track and Field
• Ran the 5,000 meters three times, with his PR (16:01.18) coming at the Billiken Invitational.
• Registered a top 1,500-meter time of 4:19.53 at the Cougar Classic.
Previous
• Graduated with Academic All-State honors from Olathe South Senior High School.
• Two-time state qualifier on the track and a state qualifier in cross country as well.
• Earned All-League, All-Regional and All-State honors.
• Part of Falcons' cross country squad that won state title his junior year.
• Top times included 2:03 in the 800m, 4:22 in the 1,600m, 9:30 in the 3,200m and 15:56 in the 5,000m.
• Also played tennis.
