PRIOR TO SLU
Competed in six different events during the 2022-23 season with a primary focus on the 200 breast, 500 free and IM races … posted three top-3 finishes in dual meets … competed in three events at the National Invitational Championships … placed 12th in the 200 breast at the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation (conference) Championships … posted season-best times of 1:59.54 in the 200 IM, 4:02.61 in the 400 IM, 1:45.73 in the 200 breast, 1:40.08 in the 200 free and 4:32.74 in the 500 free, and was a member of the 800 free relay team that clocked CSUB’s season-best time of 6:32.53 … turned in seven top-10 finishes as a sophomore, highlighted by a third-place effort in the 500 free vs. Pacific … placed ninth in the 200 fly and also competed in the 500 free and 400 IM at the conference meet … earned Academic All-MPSF accolades … registered 10 top-10 finishes in his freshman campaign, including a 10th-place performance in the 200 fly at the Western Athletic Conference Championships … also placed 15th in the 400 IM and swam the 500 free at the conference meet … also played basketball at Carmelitas.
