Dintelman joined the Billikens prior to the 2015-16 season. She previously served as a coach for the Clayton Diving Alliance. Dintelman grew up diving in Southern Illinois at St. Louis. In her senior season of high school, she was fourth on the one-meter board at the Illinois State Championships. Dintelman then went on to dive for Ball State.
