Showed potential as a freshman...had a terrific meet at the Mizzou Invitational, touching the wall at 24.35 in the 50-yard freestyle, the second-fastest time of the season for Saint Louis...came in at 53.37 in the 100-yard freestyle, the fourth-best time of the season for the Bills.

Placed fifth in the 50-yard freestyle at the Missouri State Championship with a time of 24.11...this would have been the fourth-fastest time in SLU history at the time...
