PRIOR TO SLU
• Earned four varsity letters at Batavia, competing primarily in the 100 free, 200 free, 500 free, 200 free relay and 400 free relay.
• Was a two-time All-American, team captain and team MVP as a senior.
• Collected All-State honors in four events and was a 12-time All-Conference performer during his four-year career.
• Team captain as a junior and Coaches Award recipient in his freshman season.
• School-record holder in the 100 free (46.55), 200 free (1:40.31) and 500 free (4:37.67); also swam on the Bulldogs’ record-setting 200 free and 400 free relay teams.
• Helped lead the team to a seventh-place state finish and a runner-up sectional finish as a senior, as well as conference titles in each of his four seasons.
• AP Scholar with honors in 2021 and 2022 and a member of Batavia’s High Honor Roll.
• Also competed for Maverick Swim Club, swimming on record-setting 200 medley and 800 free relay squads and recording all-time club top-10 times in 10 events; clocked a 21.69 in the 50 free, a 9:51.15 in the 1000 free and a 1:56.62 in the 200 IM.
