2021-22 • Junior
Cross Country
• Earned All-Conference honors at the A-10 Championships after finishing 10th overall.
• Led the Billikens as they recorded a runner-up finish at the A-10 Championships, the best team finish in school history.
• Finished 10th overall at the Bradley Pink Classic with an 8K PR of 24:16.8.
• Had his best showing at the NCAA Midwest Regional, finishing 63rd overall with a 10K time of 31:49.7.

Indoor Track and Field
• Ran the 3,000 meters at the Gladstein Invitational and the 5,000 meters at the Hoosier Open.

Outdoor Track and Field
• Turned in a PR in the 5,000 meters at the A-10 Championships, finishing 15th overall with a time of 14:42.66.
• Also ran the 3,000 meters at the Kentucky Invitational and finished sixth.
 
2020-21 • Junior
Cross Country
• Led the Billikens at the season-opening EIU Open, finishing sixth overall with an 8K PR of 25:14.5.
• Ran in the A-10 Championships and finished 52nd overall with a five-mile time of 25:55.8.

Indoor Track and Field
• Season not held due to COVID-19.

Outdoor Track and Field
• Ran the 5,000 and 10,000 meters for the Billikens.
• Scored for SLU in the 10,000 meters at the A-10 Championships, placing eighth with a PR of 31:10.24.
• Had a top 5,000-meter time of 14:51.39 at the Tom Botts Invitational, which was good for fourth.

2019-20 • Sophomore
Cross Country
• Did not complete.

Indoor Track and Field
• Tops on the Billikens’ performance list in the 3,000 meters and 5,000 meters.
• Had a great weekend at the GVSU Big Meet, posting a PR in the 5,000 meters (14:43.96) on Friday and a PR in the 3,000 meters on Saturday (8:33.51).

Outdoor Track and Field
• Season not held due to COVID-19.

2018-19 • Freshman
Cross Country
• Appeared in five meets, including the A-10 Championships and NCAA Regionals.
• Had a top five mile time of 25:47.3 at the Notre Dame Invitational.
• Ran at the Bradley Pink Classic and posted an 8K time of 25:44.7.
• Registered a 10K time of 32:59.3 at the NCAA Regionals.

Indoor Track and Field
• Won the 3,000 meters at the Saluki Fast Start with a time of 8:56.93.

Outdoor Track and Field
• Did not compete.
