Cross Country
• Competed in all five meets for the Billikens.
• Registered a top 8K time of 26:41.5 at the Pre-National Invitational at Indiana State.
• Had a PR in the 10K of 34:31.0 at the NCAA Midwest Regional.

Indoor Track and Field
• Turned in PRs in the 3,000 meters and 5,000 meters.
• Best time in the 3,000 meters came at the Don DeNoon Invite at Southern Illinois when he finished in 8:55.03.
• Bettered his personal best in the 5,000 meters at the GVSU Big Meet Invitational, placing eighth in the competitive field with a time of 15:33.73.

Outdoor Track and Field
• Season canceled due to COVID-19.

2018-19 • Sophomore
Cross Country
• Ran in three meets.
• Had a top five-mile time of 27:42.7 at the Notre Dame Invitational.
• Ran the 8K at the Bradley Pink Classic in 27:02.4, good for 50th overall.

Indoor Track and Field
• Ran the mile, 3,000 meters and 5,000 meters, achieving PRs in all three events.
• Posted a PR in the 3,000 meters at the Missouri Collegiate Challenge, finishing fourth in a time of 9:06.72.
• Had a top 5,000-meter time of 15:59.87 at the Thundering Herd Invitational.

Outdoor Track and Field
• Twice ran the 3,000-meter steeplechase, finishing second at the Billiken Invitational and fourth at the Joe Walker Classic.
• Had a PR of 10:03.78 in the steeplechase at the Joe Walker Classic.
• Ran the 10,000 meters for the first time as a collegian at the Wash U Invitational.

2017-18 • Freshman
Cross Country
• Did not compete.

Indoor Track and Field
• Ran the mile and the 3,000 meters for the Billikens.
• Improved his times in both events in every meet he participated.
• Had a top mile time of 4:39.70 at the John Craft Invitational.
• Ran a PR of 9:16.43 in the 3,000 meters at the Don DeNoon Invitational.

Outdoor Track and Field
• Ran the 1,500 and 5,000 meters for the Billikens.
• Top 1,500 meter time came at the Ole Miss Classic, where he finished in 4:18.33.
• Registered a top 5,000 meter time of 16:01.19 at the Tom Botts Invitational.
