2022-23 • Senior
Cross Country
• Ran in five meets.
• Exceeded her 5K and 6K PRs at the A-10 Championships and NCAA Regional, respectively.
• Scored at the A-10 meet as the fourth Billiken finisher, completing the 5K in 19:05.7.
• Finished 10th overall at the Billiken XC Invitational.

Indoor Track and Field
• Primarily ran the 3,000 meters and 5,000 meters for the Billikens.
• PR'd in the 5,000 meters at the A-10 Championships, placing 23rd in a time of 18:16.68.
• Went for a 3,000-meter PR in a time of 10:49.75 at the Blue Demon Alumni Classic.
• Ran the mile at the EIU Friday Night Special and placed seventh overall.

Outdoor Track and Field
• Ran the 5,000 meters three times and the 10,000 meters and 1,500 meters once.
• Turned in a PR in the 10,000 meters at the A-10 Championships, posting a time of 38:28.50 to finish 17th overall. 
• Top 5,000-meter time of the season came at the Bryan Clay Invitational (18:52.37).
• Ran the 1,500 meters in 5:10.30 at the Fighting Illini Challenge.

2021-22 • Junior
Cross Country
• Competed in four meets, including the A-10 Championships.
• Recorded a 6K PR of 24:21.7 at the Bradley Pink Classic.

Indoor Track and Field
• Ran the 3,000 meters and 5,000 meters for the Billikens.
• Turned in a PR in the 5,000 meters of 18:48 at the A-10 Championships.
• Was the runner-up in the 5,000 meters at the Hoosier Open.
• Had a seasonal-best time in the 3,000 meters of 11:11.44 at the IWU Titan First Chance meet.

Outdoor Track and Field
• Ran the 10,000 meters on two occasions.
• Turned in a PR in the 10,000 meters at the A-10 Championships, finishing with a time of 39:41.05.
• Also ran the 1,500 meters in a PR of 5:27.30 at the Billiken Invitational.
 
2020-21 • Sophomore
Cross Country
• Ran in all three meets.
• Finished in the top 30 in both the EIU Open and Golden Eagle Invitational.
• Turned in a 5K PR of 20:00.9 at the A-10 Championships.

Indoor Track and Field
• Season not held due to COVID-19.

Outdoor Track and Field
• Ran the 5,000 meters on four occasions.
• Improved her time in the 5,000 meters each race, culminating with a PR of 19:16.17 at the Sycamore Open.

2019-20 • Freshman
Cross Country
• Ran in all five meets in her debut season.
• Had a top 5K time of 20:22.6 in her season debut at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational at Nebraska.
• Scored at the A-10 Championships by finishing sixth among the Billikens.
• Registered her top 6K time of the season (24:38.9) at the NCAA Midwest Regional.

Indoor Track and Field
• Competed in the 3,000 meters on three occasions.
• Had a top time in the event of 11:09.19 at the Saluki Fast Start.

Outdoor Track and Field
• Season not held due to COVID-19.

Prior to SLU
• Ran at Olentangy High School.
• Had a top cross country 5K time of 20:40.
• On the track, ran PRs of 12:25 in the 3,200 meters and 5:47 in the 1,600 meters.
• Helped Olentangy qualify for regionals four years in a row.
• Regional Cross Country qualifier in 2017 and 2018 and was a district track qualifier in 2019.
• Was the Most Improved Runner in 2018.
• Summa Cum Laude and Presidential Award honoree.
