• Competed in all six meets for the Bills, including the A-10 Championship and the NCAA Midwest Regional.
• Recorded a top 8K time of 25:33.7 at the Gans Creek Classic.
• Finished in the top 20 in the Mizzou Opener.
Indoor Track and Field
• Ran in four meets.
• Had a top 3,000-meter time of 8:38.52 in the season-opening Show-Me Showdown.
• Turned in a mile PR of 4:22.75 at the Dr. Rick McGuire Invitational.
Outdoor Track and Field
• Competed in six meets for the Billikens, including the A-10 Championship.
• Had a PR in the 3,000-meter steeplechase of 9:38.95 at the Kip Janvrin Open.
• Won the steeplechase at the Margaret Simmons Invitational and finished as the runner-up in the event at the Cougar Classic.

2024-25 • Sophomore
Cross Country
• Ran in five meets for the Billikens.
• Was the fifth Billiken finisher and placed 23rd overall at the Mizzou Opener.
• Competed in the A-10 Championship.
Indoor Track and Field
• Competed in five meets in the distance events.
• PR'd in the 3,000 meters (8:47.27) at the Missouri Invitational.
• Also ran the 5,000 meters and the mile.
Outdoor Track and Field
• Competed mainly in the 3,000-meter steeplechase.
• Won the steeplechase at the Margaret Simmons Invitational.
• Had a PR in the 3,000-meter steeplechase of 9:39.47 at the Kansas Relays, good for sixth overall.
