Cross Country
• Billikens' top competitor at the A-10 Championships, crossing the finish in a 5K PR of 18:15.4 to place 34th.
• Individual champion in the Billiken Invitational.
• Turned in a 6K PR at the NCAA Regional, covering the course in a time of 22:15.1.
Indoor Track and Field
• Scored in the 5,000 meters and posted a PR at the A-10 Championships, placing seventh in a time of 17:17.09.
• Turned in a 3,000-meter PR at the Indiana Relays with a time of 10:09.21.
• Won the 5,000 meters at the Hoosier Open.
Outdoor Track and Field
• Billikens' top performer in the 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters.
• Just missed scoring in both events at the A-10 Championships, finishing ninth in both the 5,000 and 10,000 meters.
• Achieved a 10,000 meters PR at the Raleigh Relays (35:46.45).
• Also ran the 1,500 meters at teh Gary Wieneke Memorial and finished with a time of 4:52.85.
2021-22 • Sophomore
Cross Country
• Ran in four meets for the Billikens, including the A-10 Championships and the NCAA Midwest Regional.
• Placed ninth in the season-opening All-Ohio Championships.
• Turned in a 6K PR of 23:13.2 at the Bradley Pink Classic.
Indoor Track and Field
• Scored in the 5,000 meters at the A-10 Championships with an eighth-place time of 17:40.76, a PR.
• Also had a PR in the 3,000 meters at the A-10 Championships with a time of 10:25.99.
• Had a top mile time of 5:19.09 in the EIU Friday Night Special.
• Placed first in the 5,000 meters at the Hoosier Open and was second in the 3,000 meters at the IWU Titan First Chance meet.
Outdoor Track and Field
• Had the Billikens’ top times in the 5,000 meters and the 10,000 meters.
• Scored at the A-10 Championships with a sixth-place finish in the 10,000 meters, crossing the finish in a PR of 36:45.28.
• Also ran the 1,500 meters and 3,000 meters.
• Had a top 1,500-meter time of 5:00.57 at the Redbird Challenge.
• Ran the 5,000 meters in an outdoor PR of 17:59.48 at the A-10 Championships.
2020-21 • Freshman
Cross Country
• Earned All-Rookie honors after finishing among the top seven freshmen at the A-10 Championships.
• Was the second Billiken finisher and 35th overall at the A-10 Championships, crossing the finish line in a seasonal-best 5K time of 18:30.9.
• Placed in the top 10 at both the EIU Open and Golden Eagle Invitational, including a fifth-place finish at the Golden Eagle Invitational in helping SLU to the team title.
Indoor Track and Field
• Season not held due to COVID-19.
Outdoor Track and Field
• Ran the 5,000 meters on four occasions.
• Turned in a top 5,000-meter time of 18:04.30 at the Mizzou Spring Opener.
• Was the runner-up in the 5,000 meters at the Billiken Invitational.
