2025-26 • Sophomore
Cross Country
• Competed in all six meets.
• Scored for the Billikens with a 17th-place overall finish at the A-10 Championships, helping SLU to its best finish ever in the A-10 meet.
• Registered a 6K PR of 21:34.6 at the Missouri Pre-National Invitational.
Indoor Track and Field
• Ran the distance events in four meets.
• Scored in the 5,000 meters at the A-10 Championships, finishing seventh overall.
• Turned in a PR in the 3,000 meters at the Dr. Rick McGuire Invitational, crossing the line in 9:59.49.
Outdoor Track and Field
• Competed in distance events in five meets.
• Set the school record in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Duke Invitational, finishing sixth overall with a time of 10:33.75.
• Scored in two events at the A-10 Championships – placing fourth in the 5,000 meters with a PR of 17:02.57, and pulling in fifth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:41.45.
2023-24 • Freshman
Cross Country
• Competed in all six meets her rookie year.
• Ran among the Billikens' top five on four occasions, including at the A-10 Championships and NCAA Midwest Regional.
• Finished fourth among the Billikens and 75th overall at the A-10 Championships, finishing in a 6K PR of 22:15.9.
• Placed 24th overall and fifth among the Bills in the Mizzou Opener 5K, crossing in a PR of 19:24.1.
Indoor Track and Field
• Competed in the 3,000 meters and 5,000 meters at the A-10 Championships.
• Had a PR in the 3,000 meters (10:25.42) at the A-10 meet.
• Also ran the 800 meters and mile for the Billikens.
Outdoor Track and Field
• Competed primarily in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and the 5,000 meters for the Bills.
• Had seasonal-best times in both events at the A-10 Championships, crossing in 11:10.03 in the steeple and 17:41.08 in the 5,000.
• Her 5,000-meter time at the A-10s topped the Billikens' performance list in the event.
• Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Margaret Simmons Invitational.

• State qualifier while running at Prior Lake High School.
• Helped Lakers to a state runner-up finish in cross country.
• Competed in a myriad of events, ranging from the 100-meter hurdles and triple jump to the 5K.
• Distinguished Board Scholar and AP Scholar Award.
• Also played hockey and tennis.
• Mother and father competed in track and field at the University of North Dakota.
