2022-23 • Senior
Indoor Track and Field
• Topped the Billikens' performance lists in the 200 and 400 meters.
• Runner up in both the 200 and 400 meters at the Hoosier Open.
• Won the 400 meters at the Blue Demon Alumni Classic.
• Had top time in the 200 meters (25.39) and 400 meters (56.62) at the Boston U. Valentine Invite.
• Ran the leadoff leg in the Billikens' 4x400-meter relay squad that scored at the A-10 Championships with an eighth-place finish.
 
Outdoor Track and Field
• Had the Billikens' top times in the 100 meters and 400 meters.
• Just missed the podium in the 400 meters at the A-10 Championships, finishing fourth with a PR of 55.04.
• Turned in a PR of 12.25 in the 100 meters at the Cal State LA Twilight.
• Won the 400 meters at the Gary Wieneke Memorial.
• Competed in the 400 meters and 4x200-meter relay at the prestigious Drake Relays.

2021-22 • Junior
Indoor Track and Field
• Billikens’ top performer in the 200 and 400 meters.
• Just missed making the podium in the 400 meters at the A-10 Championships, finishing fourth overall with an indoor PR of 56.66.
• Finished first in the 400 meters at the EIU Friday Night Special and the Gladstein Invitational.
• Also ran the 200 meters and posted a seasonal-best time of 25.98 at the Hoosier Open.
• Ran a leg on the Billikens’ 4x400-meter relay squad that placed first at the EIU Friday Night Special.
 
Outdoor Track and Field
• Topped the Billikens’ performance list in the 100 meters, 200 meters and 400 meters.
• Won the silver medal in the 400 meters at the A-10 Championships with a runner-up time of 56.08.
• Also scored at the A-10 meet by finishing fourth in the 200 meters and as a member of the Billikens’ 4x400-meter relay team.
• Narrowly missed scoring in another event at the A-10s by running on SLU’s 4x100-meter relay squad that placed ninth.
• Had PRs in both the 200 meters (24.85) and 400 meters (55.73) at the Kentucky Invitational.
• Finished first in the 200 meters and 400 meters at the Billiken Invitational.

2020-21 • Sophomore
Indoor Track and Field
• Season not held due to COVID-19.
 
Outdoor Track and Field
• Billikens’ top performer in the 100 meters.
• Achieved a PR in the 100 meters of 12.45 at the A-10 Championships.
• Ran the leadoff leg on the Billikens’ 4x100 and 4x400-meter relays that posted seasonal-best times at the A-10 Championships.
• Was a member of the SLU 4x100-meter relay that scored at the A-10 Championships with a seventh-place finish.
• Part of two relay teams that finished second at the Sycamore Open.
 
2019-20 • Freshman
Indoor Track and Field
• Was third on the Billikens’ performance list in the 60 meters, 200 meters and 400 meters.
• Also ran leg on the Billikens’ 4x400-meter relay that finished 10th at the A-10 Championships.
• Ran a seasonal-best time of 59.52 in the 400 meters at the GVSU Big Meet.
• Registered two PRs at the Mizzou Open – 8.12 in the 60 meters and 26.78 in the 200 meters.
• Just missed qualifying for the finals in the 400 meters at the A-10 Championships, finishing 10th overall in the prelims.
 
Outdoor Track and Field
• Season not held due to COVID-19.
 
PRIOR TO SLU
• Prepped at St. Charles East in St. Charles, Illinois.
• Had top times of 12.5 in the 100 meters, 26.6 in the 200 meters, 46.1 in the 300-meter hurdles and 58.1 in the 400 meters.
• Four-time All-Conference.
• State qualifier in the 4x100-meter relay, 4x400-meter relay and 300-meter hurdles.
• Academic All-Conference.
