• Ran in five meets for the Billikens.
• Achieved an 8K PR at the Pre-National Invitational, crossing in 26:40.7.
• Was the Billikens’ fourth finisher at the A-10 Championships.
• Finished third amongst his teammates at the NCAA Midwest Regional.

Indoor Track and Field
• Ran a leg on the Billikens’ DMR that placed fourth at the A-10 Championships.
• Had three second-place finishes in the mile on the year, including at the Hoosier Open where he finished in a PR of 4:15.08.
• Ran a leg on the Billikens’ DMR that placed second at the John Craft Invitational.

• Did not compete.

Indoor Track and Field
• Competed in the 3,000 meters twice.
• Turned in a PR in the 3,000 meters of 8:43.39 at the Thundering Herd Invitational.

Outdoor Track and Field
• Competed in the 800 meters and 1,500 meters.
• Had a PR in the 800 meters of 1:53.14 at the Tom Botts Invitational, good for third overall.
• At the Billiken Invitational, placed third in the 1,500 meters and fifth in the 800 meters.

2017-18 • Junior

• Competed in the National Catholic Invitational, posting a five-mile time of 27:41.4.

2016-17 • Sophomore
Cross Country
• Ran in five meets for the Billikens.
• Placed fifth in the season-opening Forest Park XC Festival.
• Scored at the A-10 Championships, finishing 20th overall with a five-mile time of 25:26.3.
• Also ran in the NCAA Midwest Regional.

Indoor Track and Field
• Competed in the mile and 3,000 meters at the Saluki Fast Start meet, finishing second in both events.

Outdoor Track and Field
• Did not compete.

2015-16 • Freshman
Cross Country
• Ran in all six meets for the Billikens.
• Opened his career with a time of 16:26.1 at the Forest Park XC Festival.
• Turned in a time of 26:20.5 at the A-10 Championship and a time of 33:25.5 at the NCAA Midwest Regional.

Indoor Track and Field
• Ran the 800 meters, 1,000 meters and the mile.
• Had a PR of 4:23.37 in the mile at the Don DeNoon Invitational.
• Finished second in the 800 meters at the Jack Johnson Classic.
• Ran the 1,000 meters at the A-10 Championship.

Outdoor Track and Field
• Qualified for the USA Track and Field Junior Outdoor Championships in the 1,500 meters.
• Set the school record in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:23.90 at the A-10 Championships, which was good for seventh overall.
• Ran the second leg on the Billikens’ 4x1600-meter relay team that set a school record at the prestigious Drake Relays.
