Krämer's Performance List (TFFRS)
2019-20 • Freshman
Cross Country
• Competed in all five meets for the Billikens.
• Registered his 8K PR (26:45.5) in his collegiate debut at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational at Nebraska.
• Scored in the A-10 Championships, crossing the line fifth among the Billikens.
• Turned in a 10K time of 24:20.5 at the NCAA Midwest Regional.
Indoor Track and Field
• Second on the Billikens’ performance list in the 5,000 meters and third in the 3,000 meters.
• Competed in both events at the A-10 Championships.
• Registered a top time in the 5,000 meters of 14:55.47 at the GVSU Big Meet Invitational.
• Turned in a top 3,000-meter time of 8:40.70 the next day at the GVSU Big Meet.
• Also competed in the mile, posting a top time of 4:25.44 at the Don DeNoon Invitational at Southern Illinois.
Outdoor Track and Field
• Season canceled due to COVID-19.
PRIOR TO SLU
• Attended Pestalozzi-School and Carl-von-Weinberg-School in Germany
• Had top times of 4:04.48 in the 1,500 meters (indoor), 8:47.34 in the 3,000 meters, 15:24.86 over 5,000 meters, 6:04.84 in the 2,000-meter steeplechase and 9:27.08 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase.
• State champion in the 3x1000-meter relay in 2017.
• Indoor state champion in the 1,500 meters in 2018.
• Finished sixth in the National Cross Country Championships in 2019.
