2021-22 • Junior
Cross Country
• Competed in all five meets, including the A-10 Championships and NCAA Midwest Regional.
• Helped the Billikens capture runner-up honors at the A-10 Championships.
• Turned in a PR in the 8K of 25:18.6 at the Bradley Pink Classic.

Indoor Track and Field
• Competed in three meets.
• Ran the 3,000 meters at the Hoosier Open and the 5,000 meters at the Gladstein Invitational and Meyo Invitational.

Outdoor Track and Field
• Billikens top performer in the 3,000-meter steeplechase.
• Twice ran the steeple and posted a seasonal-best time of 10:00.60 in the event at the A-10 Championships, good for 12th.
 
2020-21 • Junior
Cross Country
• Led the Billikens at the A-10 Championships, placing 49th overall with a 5-mile time of 25:52.7.

Indoor Track and Field
• Season not held due to COVID-19.

Outdoor Track and Field
• Voted to the A-10 All-Academic team.
• Broke the school record in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the A-10 Championships, finishing fourth overall with a time of 9:19.51.
• Also placed sixth at A-10 meet in the 5,000 meters to score in two events in the Championship.
• Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Sycamore Open, his first time competing in the event collegiately.
• Finished third overall in the 10,000 meters at the Joey Haines Invite.
• Turned in a PR in the 5,000 meters at the Tom Botts Invitational, finishing in 15:06.84.

2019-20 • Sophomore
Cross Country
• Competed in four meets for the Billikens.
• Registered an 8K PR of 26:22.4 at the Pre-National Invitational at Indiana State, finishing third among the Billikens.

Indoor Track and Field
• Posted PRs in the 3,000 and 5,000 meters.
• Top 3,000-meter time of 8:50.83 came at the GVSU Big Meet.
• Ran a PR in the 5,000 meters of 15:13.42 at the A-10 Championships, good for 15th overall in the competitive field.

Outdoor Track and Field
• Season not held due to COVID-19.

2018-19 • Freshman
Cross Country
• Ran in four meets for the Billikens, including the A-10 Championships.
• Had a top five-mile time of 26:07.7 at the Notre Dame Invitational.
• Covered 8K at the Bradley Pink Classic in 27:06.3.

Indoor Track and Field
• Competed primarily in the 3,000 and 5,000 meters.
• Had a top 3,000-meter time of 9:04.60 at the Saluki Fast Start, good for third overall.
• PR'd in the 5,000 meters at the Thundering Herd Invitational when he crossed the finish in 15:33.79.
• Placed third in the 3,000 meters at the Missouri Collegiate Challenge with a time of 9:06.22.

Outdoor Track and Field
• Competed mainly in the 5,000 meters.
• Had an outdoor PR of 15:50.12 in the 5,000 meters at the Billiken Invitational, good for fourth overall.
• Also ran the 1,500 meters at the Joe Walker Classic and finished with a time of 4:12.51.
