2019-20 • Sophomore
Cross Country
• Competed in four meets for the Billikens, including the A-10 Championships and the NCAA Midwest Regional for the first time.
• Recorded a top 8K time of 27:29.8 at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational at Nebraska.

Indoor Track and Field
• Second on the Billikens’ performance list in the 1,000 meters and third on the 600 meters and 800 meters.
• Also competed in the mile and in relay events.
• Posted a PR in the 800 meters of 1:56.32 at the GVSU Big Meet.
• Ran the third leg on the Billikens’ 4x800-meter relay team that scored at the A-10 Championships with an eighth-place finish.

Outdoor Track and Field
• Season canceled due to COVID-19.

2017-18 • Freshman
Cross Country
• Did not compete.

Indoor Track and Field
• Ran middle-distance events and relays for the Billikens.
• Had a top 800-meter time of 1:58.04 at the Thundering Herd Invitational.
• Placed fifth in the mile in his collegiate debut at the Titan First Chance meet, turning in a PR of 4:29.13.
• Ran the 1,000 meters at the A-10 Championships and finished in a time of 2:33.59.

Outdoor Track and Field
• Versatile runner competing in the 800, 1,500, 3,000, 5,000 meters.
• Top 800-meter time of 1:59.08 came at the Lenny Lyles-Clark Wood Invitational.
• Posted a 1,500-meter PR of 4:07.05 at the Ole Miss Classic.
• Registered a top 3,00-meter time of 9:08.99 at the Arkansas Spring Invitational.
• Turned in a PR of 16:12.38 in the 5,000 meters at the Billiken Invitational.
