Elena Melillo’s tenure as assistant athletic trainer at Saint Louis University began in July 2018. Melillo is the athletic trainer for the Billikens’ volleyball, softball and swimming and diving teams.
Melillo served two years as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, working with the volleyball and softball teams. She earned a Master of Arts degree in higher education at UMKC in 2018, and she is a 2016 graduate of the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Health Science degree in athletic training.
Melillo is a St. Louis native and a graduate of Rosati-Kain High School.
