Jordan Collins

Jordan Collins, M.S., earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Illinois Wesleyan University in 2015, where he was a sprinter on the men’s track and field team. After graduation, he worked at P.A.T.H in Bloomington, Ill., as a Homeless Outreach Specialist, serving McLean County. He later attended Illinois State University where he was a Teaching/Research Assistant and obtained a Master of Science in Sport and Exercise Psychology. Jordan is a fourth-year Doctoral Candidate in the Clinical Psychology program studying Sport Psychology at Saint Louis University. While attending SLU, he received a Master’s of Science in Clinical Psychology in 2020. Jordan’s research examines the importance and utility of athletic values in collegiate athletes. As Assistant Director of SLU’s Sport Psychological Sciences and Consultation Lab, he provides individual and team sport psychological services to student-athletes. Now, as a former athlete, he enjoys moderate levels of exercise, cooking (especially tacos), traveling and spending times with friends and family.
