Saint Louis Billikens Athletics

Katie McKernan joined Saint Louis University athletics in November 2025 as a program coordinator.

McKernan provides administrative coordination and support within the athletics office while serving as a liaison for multiple sport programs. She works primarily with the men’s basketball office and also supports men’s soccer and baseball. Her responsibilities include coordinating team and individual travel, assisting with recruiting activities, managing operations logistics, maintaining reports and databases and organizing campus visits and meetings.

Prior to joining SLU, McKernan worked as an executive assistant for a personal medical consultant. She earned a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Rockhurst University in 2003, where she was a member of the women’s soccer team and served as team captain during her junior and senior seasons.

Katie is married and the mother of three daughters. She enjoys coaching and staying active in youth sports.
