DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Seniors Katerina Lozanova and Ana Renda helped the Saint Louis women's tennis team split a pair of matches at Bethune-Cookman and Embry-Riddle in Florida on Saturday as both players won a pair of singles matches and a doubles match. SLU fell to BCU 2-4 before defeating the Eagles 9-0.

Against Bethune-Cookman, Lozanova and Renda picked up Saint Louis' only wins at first and second singles. Lozanova downed her opponent 7-5, 7-5 while Renda notched a win with a 3-6, 7-6 (10-7) decision against her opponent. No doubles matches were contested. In the second match of the day, the Billikens easily defeated Embry-Riddle sweeping all the singles and doubles matches.

The Billikens continue their 11-match road swing with a match at Eastern Illinois on Tues., March 20 at 2 p.m.
