CHICAGO – Saint Louis fell 3-2 to Illinois-Chicago Wednesday night in a men's soccer exhibition game at Flames Field.

The Billikens resume exhibition play this Saturday when they host Jeffco at Hermann Stadium. Game time is scheduled for 7 p.m.

A total of 22 Billikens saw playing time in the second of three exhibition matches for SLU this season. Josh Kohring got the Billikens on the board in the ninth minute thanks in part to a Marco Heskamp assist.

After UIC scored the next three goals in the second half, Justin Graham responded with a tally in the 83rd minute off a corner kick to make it a one-goal game. Joe Saad earned the assist. But that is as close as the Billikens would get as UIC held on for the win.
